President’s police medals for DGP Singh, SP Borkar.

The Ministry of Home Affairs, New Delhi has declared the President’s police medal for distinguished service and the police medal for meritorious service to four police officers from Goa police on the occasion of Republic Day, 2023.
The President’s police medals for distinguished service have been awarded to the Director
General of Police (DGP) Jaspal Singh and Superintendent of Police (SP) Vishram Borkar.
The police medals for meritorious service have been awarded to DySPs Santosh Dessai and Harishchandra Madkaikar.
Meanwhile, the government has approved the award of Chief Minister’s Bravery Award, 2022 to late Danson De Souza on the occasion of Republic Day on January 26, 2023 for saving human life.
