Excise Policy Scam: CBI issues 'Look Out Circular' against 13 accused including Manish Sisodia
New Delhi: The Central Bureau of Investigation on Saturday issued a Look Out Circular (LOC) against 13 accused including Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia in the Excise Policy scam, the sources confirmed. Manish Sisodia reacted to the notice and tweeted that he was roaming freely in Delhi and asked the CBI to tell him where to come. Sisodia also added that the country is looking for a leader who can give solutions to inflation, unemployment. He said that the public will give a 'look out notice' to them in 2024. A look out circular prevents an individual from leaving the country and the person can be detained if they are found violating the said condition. During the raid of CBI in Delhi at 31 locations including seven states, two accused were not found during the raid, so the agency opened LoC with immediate effect against the 13 accused.
